Thank you for shopping at Golf4U. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of pre-owned and new golf equipment. Our return policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience in the event you need to return or exchange an item. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@golf4u.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip along with the RMA number in the return package.
  • Bring your item to our physical location at 100 Stockton Ave, Okotoks, AB

3. Return Shipping:

  • For returns due to the item being defective, damaged during transit, or a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other return reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.

4. Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. In case the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Golf clubs that have been used or show signs of use
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged)

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We may require photographs or additional information to process your claim efficiently.
  • We will either replace the defective/damaged item or issue a refund, as per your preference.
